Each product in our Catalog has its own dedicated product page. The product page is visible when you click on a product from the Catalog, List, or Cart page.

Please note that we always try to provide the best available product pictures in Sysco Shop. As suppliers provide us with updates, the picture you see in Sysco Shop may change.

Product images and pricing are available at-a-glance.

The item can be added to a custom list by using the Add to List icon. The item can be added to an existing list, or a new list can be created.

A “breadcrumb” is available which allows you to view where you accessed this product from. This breadcrumb allows you to easily navigate back to your previous page. For example, if you clicked on this item from your List, you can click on Lists to go back to that page. You will have up to three categories in the breadcrumbs to click on for searching, when applicable.

You'll also see a link for the product's category. Clicking the category will start a new search for that category of item.

Under the price, you will see the total count for the case and/or each.

Under the product, you will see up to five additional images at once. If there are more, you will be able to use the arrow buttons to see more images. When you click on a specific image, it will show as the main image.

Under the product, there is important product information such as Nutrition information, Ingredients, Description, and Specifications.

When applicable, additional details such as bio-engineered, cooking level, seasoning, imported/exported, and product flavor will display.

The product description is located below the product image and includes product information such as packaging information, size and shape of product, quality and format, handling instructions, preparation and cooking instructions, and more if available.

To expand for more information, click on the "Read More" button. Any additional information about the product will display under the applicable title headings. Once expanded, you can click "Read Less" to contract the list.

Under the Description, you will see the full nutrition label.

School Nutrition information will also display when applicable.

Specificifications can show information such as Storage Instructions, Net Weight per Case, Product Packaging and more depending on the product.

Users can report incorrect product information under the Specification section.

Below the product description, a link will display allowing you to report discrepancies.

Once you click Report incorrect missing product information, a pop up modal will appear. You can select which part of the page has incorrect or missing information. Then indicate the problem and provide additional information. Click submit once you're done reporting the item.

Shop also suggests product recommendations on the product page. These are located towards the bottom of the page and are similar or related to the item you're currently viewing. To learn more about what recommendations you may see, check out our Product Recommendations Article.
