Remove old or no longer needed lists

In Buy Buckhead | Newport, custom lists can be deleted by either the list owner or your Sales Representative.

If you would like to delete specific items from your list instead of deleting your entire list, follow the steps in this article.

First, use the left side panel to find the list you wish to delete. Your custom lists will display under the My Lists section on the sidebar. Please note, the lists under the BHNP section, including your Purchase History are unable to be deleted.

Click the three dots at the top left corner of your list to bring up the Delete List button.

If the list does not show a delete option, it could be because you are not the creator of the list. Only the person who created the list can delete it. If you need a list deleted but do not have access, please contact your Sales Associate and they can delete it for you.

You will see a modal to confirm you want to delete the list, and that the action cannot be undone. Click Yes to delete the list. It is critical to double-check before proceeding, as list deletions are final and irreversible.

A few reminders about deleting lists:

  • Once a custom list is deleted, the action cannot be undone and the list cannot be recovered.

  • If you are unable to delete a list, you can ask your Sales Associate to delete it.

  • BHNP Lists, including your Purchase History cannot be deleted. The Delete button will not be visible for these lists.- Remember to handle list deletion carefully, as actions cannot be undone and lists cannot be retrieved once deleted.

  • Only custom lists can be deleted by the list owner or their Sales Representative.

  • If a list is accidentally deleted, you will need to recreate it manually by noting commonly used items and re-adding them into a new list or using backups if available. To prevent accidental deletions, consider exporting important lists, as this allows you to save a backup for future reference.

  • Double-check before confirming the deletion of a list to ensure it is the desired action.

  • Clearly labeling and organizing your lists can minimize the likelihood of accidental deletions.
