My Account is available on Buy Buckhead | Newport and allows users to view account information, manage commercial email subscriptions, and quickly reset their password.
My Account in Buy Buckhead | Newport
To get started, click your Profile icon, then click My Account.
There are 7 tabs within the Preference Center: Dashboard, Deliveries, Orders, Lists, Account Information, Help, Pay Invoice, and Manage Users.
The Dashboard tab houses widgets such as Delivery, Orders, Order History, and Lists when applicable.
The links for Deliveries, Orders, and Lists will take you to those respective pages in Shop.
Account Information
The Account Information tab houses your basic personal information, including Account Details, Contact Info, Delivery Preferences, Account Security, and Password Reset.
Account Details
The Account Details tab will show you information about your account such as your account name, type, and location. You can also update your menu preferences.
Contact Info
The Contact Info tab will show you information about individuals on your account.
Delivery Preferences
The Delivery Preferences tab will show your delivery preferences when applicable.
Account Security
The Account Security tab will allow you to opt into and set up / manage your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Password
The Password Reset tab allows you to reset your password. .
Pay Invoices
The link to Pay Invoices will open a new tab where you can log into Sysco Pay.
Manage Users
With the right permissions, the Manage Users tab will take you to where you can Add New User, Search existing Users, or Change a User's Role.
