Reach Support when logged in

If you're already logged into Buy Buckhead | Newport, you can easily access our in-app support team.

Hover over the Profile icon and select Help. A red badge will display if you have any unread messages from support.

From here, a messenger will appear where you can start a chat, review messages, search help articles, and view news items!

On the Home page, you can simply start a chat by hitting Send us a message.

To start a new chat from the Messages tab, click on the Send us a message button. To resume a chat from the Messages tab, click on the desired chat. From there, you will see if you are able to resume the chat or start a new one.


Reach Support when logged out

If you are not logged in, you still have access to our in-app support team! A chat icon will display on the login page of Buy Buckhead | Newport.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen to start a conversation.
