A new list can be created in Buy Buckhead | Newport to help you keep track of the items you need. This article details how to create a list from both the Catalog and Lists pages.

Create a new list from the Catalog

A new list can be created from the Catalog.

If you're using the Grid View, you'll see an Add to List icon on each product tile.

Click the Add to List icon, then click Create List.

If you're using the List View, you'll see a checkbox next to each item. Click the checkbox next to the item(s) you wish to add. You can select multiple at once.

A navigation bar will appear across the top of the catalog. Click the drop down and then click Create List.

A pop up will appear. Give your List a name and click the toggle to make it public. Click Create to save the new list.

Clicking the toggle to Make List Public will make this list visible to everyone at your organization and your Sales Consultant. If you don't toggle this option on, you are the only person who can view the list. This setting can be changed at any time from within the List.

Create a New List from an Existing List

Navigate to the list that contains the items you want to copy to a new list from the Lists Tab. Then select the items you want to add. Once those items are selected, a navigation bar will appear.

Use the Select List drop down and click Create List.

Then give your list a name. By default, the list is private. Click the toggle to make it public and then click Create to save the new list.

Clicking the toggle for Make List Public will make this list visible to everyone at your organization, as well as your Sales Consultant.

Once the list has been created, you can add items to that list. Here's an article that shows you how to add items to an existing list.
