Navigation Bar
A blue navigation banner will appear at the top of your screen, regardless of where you are within Buy Buckhead | Newport, so you can always navigate to the page you need.
There are several pages within Buy Buckhead | Newport
The Homepage provides delivery details for the days you have deliveries scheduled, item suggestions from your Buckhead | Newport Associate, and the ability to search within product categories. To navigate to the Homepage, click the Buckhead | Newport logo in the upper left-hand side of the page.
The Catalog can be accessed either by using the search bar or by selecting one of the Buy Buckhead | Newport Categories from the Products dropdown.
The Lists Page houses your Purchase History and lets you create customized lists.
The My Orders Page provides access to your current, submitted, and past orders.
The Account Manager page allows users with multiple accounts to easily view all their locations in one place. To access the Account Manager, click the Account Manager button on the right side of the page. This option appears for users with multi-location accounts.
Under your Profile, you'll see the option to click on My Account, My Contacts, Sysco Pay, Help, and Log Out. If you have access to manage user permissions for your account, you'll also see a link to our Manage Users feature.
Help will connect you with our in-app support team. You can send a message to our support team, see any of your previous conversations, and search our library of help articles. There is also a Submit Feedback link where you can submit feature requests for Shop.
From any page, you can view the contents of your shopping cart. Your cart is located in the upper-right-hand corner of Buy Buckhead | Newport.
